By accessing or using Passwall, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service.

Passwall provides a secure password management service that allows you to:

• Store and manage passwords and other sensitive information
• Sync data across multiple devices
• Share credentials securely with team members (Team/Enterprise plans)
• Access your vault via web, mobile, desktop, and browser extensions

3.1 Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You must be at least 13 years old
• One person or legal entity per account
• You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality

3.2 Master Password

Your master password is the key to your vault. You are solely responsible for:

• Choosing a strong, unique master password
• Keeping your master password confidential
• All activities that occur under your account

Important: Passwall cannot recover your master password. If you forget it, you will lose access to your vault permanently.

4.1 You May

• Use Passwall for personal or business password management
• Store any information you choose in your vault
• Share access with authorized team members

4.2 You May Not

• Use Passwall for any illegal purposes
• Attempt to breach security or access other users' vaults
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the service
• Abuse, harass, or threaten other users or Passwall staff
• Distribute malware or conduct phishing attacks
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

5.1 Free Plan

• Available for individual users
• Basic features included
• May be limited or discontinued at our discretion

5.2 Paid Plans

• Billed monthly or annually
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled
• Prices may change with 30 days notice
• Refunds at our discretion

5.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

• Access continues until end of billing period
• No refunds for partial months
• Data retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted

Passwall and its content (excluding your vault data) are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. All rights reserved.

• The Passwall name and logo are trademarks
• Service design, features, and functionality are proprietary
• You retain all rights to your vault data

7.1 Service Availability

Passwall is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• That defects will be corrected immediately
• Compatibility with all devices or browsers

7.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Passwall shall not be liable for:

• Loss of data due to forgotten master password
• Unauthorized access to your account due to weak password
• Service interruptions or data loss
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Your account poses a security risk
• Payment fails for paid accounts

Upon termination, you will have 30 days to export your data before permanent deletion.

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via:

• Email notification
• In-app notification
• Notice on our website

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of London, United Kingdom.
