Where do I sign in to Passwall?
Passwall Vault is hosted at vault.passwall.io. Use “Sign In” from the top navigation or go directly to the Vault sign-in page.
I forgot my master password. Can you reset it?
For security reasons, master passwords cannot be recovered. If you’re using organizations/teams, reach out to your admin for recovery/rotation options. Otherwise, contact support for guidance on next steps.
How do I report a security vulnerability?
Please email security@passwall.io with details and steps to reproduce. Avoid sharing sensitive data in public channels.
